I operate at a portfolio and platform level, setting strategy, defining quality standards, and building the measurement systems that raise design maturity across an organization.
I'm most effective when the problem is ambiguous, the organization needs structure and alignment, and UX has to influence at the enterprise level. I lead through other leaders, coaching for ownership and decision quality rather than managing tasks.
