About

I lead where the problems are biggest and most visible.

For nearly two decades I've built and scaled design organizations that make ambiguous, cross functional problems usable, for customers and for the operators behind the scenes.

Today I lead UX strategy within The Home Depot's Product Center of Excellence, after five years owning UX across the Deliveries domain: transportation, sourcing, selling, and post sale experiences spanning first, middle, and last mile. I operate at a portfolio and platform level, setting strategy, defining quality standards, and building the measurement systems that raise design maturity across an organization.

I'm most effective when the problem is ambiguous, the organization needs structure and alignment, and UX has to influence at the enterprise level. I lead through other leaders, coaching for ownership and decision quality rather than managing tasks.
